AGONIES OF THE DISPLACED

by Geraldine Sinyuy

Published June, 2024

Agonies of the Displaced reveals the profound resilience of internally displaced persons (IDPs) in the North West region of Cameroon.

Through vivid and heartfelt stories and first-person interviews, this book highlights the stark realities faced by those uprooted by the Cameroonian Civil War, showing the severe disruption to their lives and communities.
Agonies of the Displaced serves as a call to action, reminding us that the crisis continues and the plight of the displaced is far from over. It inspires support for peace, humanitarian efforts, and ensures the stories of those affected are not forgotten. Let this work be a beacon of hope and a catalyst for change towards a future of stability and healing.
